What Scribehall is.
Scribehall is an independent academic support desk for online-university students: tutoring, coaching, editorial work, examination preparation, research and IRB consulting, practicum and internship placement assistance, and week-by-week coursework support, delivered by credentialed specialists.
We are affiliated with no university, endorsed by none, and sponsored by none. University names appear on this site only to describe what our editors know. How you use our support within your programme's rules remains your responsibility.
Quotes and engagements.
Every engagement opens with a free quote setting out the scope, the timetable and the price. Nothing is owed until you accept it. Work begins once the quote is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit clears. Anything not written into the quote forms no part of the engagement.
Deadlines and delivery.
The delivery date on an accepted quote is a commitment. Should anything threaten it you hear from us early, not at the deadline itself. Where a deliverable arrives late for reasons on our side and no rescue is agreed, the affected portion of the fee is returned.
Revisions and refunds.
Written work carries a courtesy revision within seven days of delivery, against the original scope. Refunds beyond the late-delivery case are settled engagement by engagement: write to desk@scribehall.com describing what went wrong and a desk chief, not a form letter, reads it.
Confidentiality.
Your identity, your university and the contents of your engagement are confidential. Editors work under standing non-disclosure agreements. Published letters and figures use initials or anonymous references only. We never initiate contact with your university or your employer.
The affiliate programme.
The programme is open to verified Scribehall alumni. Commissions accrue on completed, paid referred engagements and settle monthly; fraudulent, self-referred or charged-back engagements do not accrue. Credit taken in place of cash carries the stated bonus and has no cash value. An account that misrepresents the desk may be closed, and commissions earned on legitimate engagements are still settled.
The necessary formalities.
The service is provided as described in each accepted quote, and our liability on any engagement is limited to what you paid for that engagement. These terms together with your accepted quote form the whole agreement. Should these terms change, the version standing when you accepted your quote is the one that governs it.
